অব্যবহৃত জিনিস আসল প্যাকেটে 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যায়। মাপে কাটা প্রোফাইল/গ্লাস, টিন্ট করা রং, আর নামানোর পর সিমেন্ট-রড ফেরত হয় না। টাকা ফেরত 10 দিনের মধ্যে (ডিজিটাল কমার্স নির্দেশিকা 2021)।

• ডেলিভারির 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে WhatsApp-এ অর্ডার রেফারেন্স (JG-…) আর জিনিসের ছবি দিয়ে জানান।
• জিনিস অব্যবহৃত, আসল প্যাকেটে ও রসিদসহ থাকতে হবে। আমরা নিজেরা তুলে আনি, বা সামগ্রী স্টোর ডেস্কে ফেরত দিতে পারেন।
• যা ফেরত হয় না: মাপে কাটা প্রোফাইল বা গ্লাস, টিন্ট করা রং, আর নামানোর পর সিমেন্ট ও রড।
• ভুল জিনিস, ভাঙা বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ মাল পেলে ডেলিভারির সময়ই রাইডারকে দেখান — আমরা বদলে দেব বা পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেব।
• টাকা ফেরত যায় যে পথে দিয়েছিলেন (বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক বা নগদে), 10 দিনের মধ্যে।

Unused items in original packaging within 48 hours; excludes cut-to-size profiles/glass, tinted paint and cement/rod once unloaded; refund within 10 days (Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021).

• Tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with the order reference (JG-…) and a photo.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and with the receipt. We collect them, or you can return them at the SHAMOGRI.STORE Desk.
• Not returnable: profiles or glass cut to size, tinted paint, and cement or rod once unloaded.
• Wrong, broken or faulty goods: show the rider at delivery — we replace them or refund in full.
• Refunds go back the way you paid (bKash/Nagad/bank or cash) within 10 days.

• এই সাইটে ক্রেতার কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বা লগইন নেই। আপনার কার্ট, এলাকা, নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর আর ঠিকানা আপনার ফোনের ব্রাউজারেও (localStorage) রাখা হয়, যাতে পরের বার আবার লিখতে না হয়। চেকআউটের ফর্মে যা লিখছেন, তা শুধু এই ব্রাউজার ট্যাবে (sessionStorage) রাখা হয়, যাতে ব্যাক চাপলে বা পেজ রিলোড করলে হারিয়ে না যায়; অর্ডার পাঠালে বা ট্যাব বন্ধ করলে তা মুছে যায়।

• অর্ডার, সামগ্রী স্টোর প্রো আবেদন বা পার্টনার ডিলার আবেদন জমা দিলে নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, এলাকা, ঠিকানা, জিনিসের তালিকা, দোকানের তথ্য ও নোট (যেটা যে ফর্মে থাকে) সামগ্রী স্টোরের সিস্টেমে (Supabase-এ রাখা আমাদের ডেটাবেস) জমা হয়; শুধু সামগ্রী স্টোরের স্টাফ লগইন করে তা দেখতে পারেন। ইন্টারনেট সমস্যায় WhatsApp-এ পাঠালে তথ্য যায় আমাদের অফিশিয়াল নম্বরে। এই তথ্য আমরা ব্যবহার করি শুধু অর্ডার কনফার্ম, ডেলিভারি, রসিদ, ফেরত, প্রো সদস্যপদ আর ডিলার পার্টনারশিপের যোগাযোগে।
• আপনার নম্বর বা ঠিকানা আমরা বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য অন্য কাউকে দিই না। পার্টনার দোকান বা ডিলার পায় শুধু অর্ডার নম্বর আর জিনিসের তালিকা; আপনার নাম, নম্বর বা সাইটের ঠিকানা নয়। ঠিকানা পান শুধু রাইডার বা পিকআপ চালক, ডেলিভারির জন্য।
• “আমার অ্যাকাউন্ট” থেকে “এই ফোন থেকে আমার তথ্য মুছুন” চাপলে ফোনে রাখা সব তথ্য মুছে যায়। আমাদের সিস্টেমে জমা অর্ডারের তথ্য বা WhatsApp চ্যাটের তথ্য মুছতে চাইলে ফোন বা WhatsApp-এ জানান (হিসাব ও ভ্যাটের জন্য আইনে যতটুকু রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক, ততটুকু ছাড়া)।
• সাইট কতজন দেখছেন, কোন পেজ বা প্রোডাক্ট বেশি দেখা হচ্ছে আর কী খোঁজা হচ্ছে, তা বোঝার জন্য আমরা নিজেদের ডেটাবেসে (Supabase) বেনামি হিসাব রাখি: কোন পেজ খোলা হলো, সার্চে কী লেখা হলো, কার্টে কী যোগ বা বাদ হলো, চেকআউট শুরু হলো কি না, অর্ডার বা আবেদন জমা হলো কি না, কল বা WhatsApp বোতাম চাপা হলো কি না, কোন সাইট, লিংক বা বিজ্ঞাপন থেকে এলেন, আর ফোন না কম্পিউটার থেকে। এতে আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা, অর্ডার নম্বর বা IP ঠিকানা থাকে না, কোনো কুকি ব্যবহার হয় না। সার্চে লেখা শব্দ রাখা হয় (সর্বোচ্চ 80 অক্ষর), তবে ফোন নম্বরের মতো লম্বা সংখ্যা আর ইমেইল ঠিকানা মুছে রাখা হয়। প্রতিটা ট্যাবে একটা এলোমেলো ভিজিট-নম্বর ব্রাউজারের sessionStorage-এ থাকে; ট্যাব বন্ধ করলে বা 30 মিনিট কিছু না করলে তা বদলে যায়। এই হিসাব শুধু সামগ্রী স্টোরের স্টাফ দেখেন, কাউকে দেওয়া বা বিক্রি করা হয় না, আর 13 মাস পর মুছে ফেলা হয় (শুধু দিনভিত্তিক মোট সংখ্যা থেকে যায়)। ব্রাউজারে “Do Not Track” বা “Global Privacy Control” চালু থাকলে এই হিসাব রাখা হয় না।
• এই সাইট কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা ট্র্যাকিং কুকি, বা বাইরের কোনো অ্যানালিটিক্স স্ক্রিপ্ট ব্যবহার করে না; বাইরে থেকে শুধু গুগল ফন্ট লোড হয়।

• This site has no customer accounts or logins. Your cart, area, name, mobile number and address are also kept in your phone's browser (localStorage), so you do not have to type them again. What you type in the checkout form is kept only in this browser tab (sessionStorage), so the back button or a reload does not lose it; it is removed when you send the order or close the tab.
• On your first visit (or when you tap “Use my location”) the browser may ask for your location. If you allow it, your position (rounded to about 100 m) stays in your phone's browser for 24 hours, only to show the approximate delivery time; it is not sent to our server or anywhere else. If you do not allow it, pick your area from the list.
• When you place an order, apply for SHAMOGRI.STORE Pro or apply as a partner dealer, your name, mobile number, area, address, item list, shop details and note (whichever the form asks for) are saved in SHAMOGRI.STORE's system (our database, hosted on Supabase); only SHAMOGRI.STORE staff can see them after logging in. If you send it on WhatsApp instead (for example when the internet fails), the details go to our official number. We use them only to confirm, deliver, invoice, handle returns, run Pro membership and contact partner dealers.
• We do not sell your number or address or give them to anyone for advertising. Partner shops and dealers get only the order number and the item list, never your name, number or site address. Only the rider or the pickup driver gets the address, to deliver.
• “My account” → “Delete my details from this phone” erases everything stored on the phone. To delete an order saved in our system or what is in the WhatsApp chat, ask us by phone or WhatsApp (except what the law requires us to keep for accounts and VAT).
• To understand how many people visit, which pages and products are viewed and what people search for, we keep anonymous counts in our own database (hosted on Supabase): which page was opened, what was typed in search, what was added to or removed from the cart, whether checkout was started, whether an order or application was submitted, whether a call or WhatsApp button was tapped, which website, link or ad you came from, and whether you used a phone or a computer. These counts never contain your name, mobile number, address, order number or IP address, and no cookies are used. Search words are kept (up to 80 characters), but long numbers such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed first. Each browser tab gets a random visit number kept in the browser's sessionStorage; it changes when you close the tab or after 30 minutes without activity. Only SHAMOGRI.STORE staff can see these counts; they are never sold or shared, and they are deleted after 13 months (only daily totals are kept). If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", nothing is counted.
• This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics script; the only outside files it loads are Google Fonts.

• অর্ডার: অর্ডার জমা দিলে (বা ইন্টারনেট সমস্যায় WhatsApp-এ Send করলে) আমরা আগে পার্টনার দোকানে মাল আছে কিনা নিশ্চিত করি, তারপর ফোন বা WhatsApp-এ দাম আর সময় জানাই; তখনই অর্ডার কনফার্ম। এক্সপ্রেসের 60 মিনিট শুরু হয় কনফার্মের পর। মাল না থাকলে একই মানের বিকল্প দিতে পারি, তবে আপনার হ্যাঁ ছাড়া কখনো বদলাই না।
• কে বিক্রি করে: এক্সপ্রেসের মাল বিক্রি করে সামগ্রী স্টোর (সামগ্রী স্টোরের চালান)। শিডিউলের মাল বিক্রি করে পার্টনার ডিলার, যার নাম কনফার্মের সময় জানানো হয় (ডিলারের চালান); সামগ্রী স্টোর ডেলিভারি/হ্যান্ডলিং সার্ভিস দেয় (সামগ্রী স্টোরের রসিদ)। শিডিউলের মালের দাম সরাসরি ডিলারকে দেবেন; সামগ্রী স্টোরকে দেবেন হ্যান্ডলিং চার্জ আর পিকআপ ভাড়া।
• দাম: সব দাম ভ্যাটসহ। ব্র্যান্ডের মাল এমআরপির বেশি দামে বিক্রি হয় না। ‘আনুমানিক’ লেখা দাম কনফার্মের সময় চূড়ান্ত হয়; দাম বদলালে আগে জানিয়ে আপনার সম্মতি নেব।
• পেমেন্ট: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার। এখন বাকিতে বিক্রি হয় না। বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংকের হিসাব শুধু আমাদের অফিশিয়াল নম্বর থেকে পাঠানো হয় — অন্য কোনো নম্বরে টাকা পাঠাবেন না।
• বদল ও বাতিল: রাইডার বের হওয়ার আগে একই WhatsApp চ্যাটে জানালে বদলানো বা বাতিল করা যায়।
• সামগ্রী স্টোর প্রো পয়েন্ট: এক্সপ্রেসের জিনিসে 2%; 1 পয়েন্ট = ৳1। শিডিউলের মাল এখন পার্টনার ডিলারের চালানে যায়, তাই এতে পয়েন্ট নেই। মেয়াদ ও রিডিমের নিয়ম যোগ দেওয়ার সময় লিখিতভাবে জানানো হবে।
• ছবি ও তথ্য: পণ্যের ছবি বা আইকন বোঝানোর জন্য; ব্র্যান্ডের নাম তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের।

• Orders: when you place an order (or press Send in WhatsApp if the internet fails), we first check the goods at a partner shop, then tell you the price and time by phone or WhatsApp; only then is the order confirmed. The 60-minute Express clock starts after we confirm. If an item is out of stock we may offer an equivalent, but we never substitute without your yes.
• Who sells: Express goods are sold by SHAMOGRI.STORE (SHAMOGRI.STORE invoice). Schedule goods are sold by the partner dealer named when we confirm (dealer's invoice); SHAMOGRI.STORE provides the delivery/handling service (SHAMOGRI.STORE receipt). You pay the dealer directly for Schedule goods, and pay SHAMOGRI.STORE the handling charge and the pickup fare.
• Prices: all prices include VAT. Branded goods are never sold above MRP. Prices marked ‘estimate’ are finalised on confirmation; if a price changes, we tell you first and ask for your consent.
• Payment: Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Bank transfer. No credit for now. bKash/Nagad/bank details are sent only from our official number — never pay to any other number.
• Changes and cancellations: reply in the same WhatsApp chat before the rider leaves.
• SHAMOGRI.STORE Pro points: 2% on Express items; 1 point = ৳1. Schedule goods are now on the partner dealer's invoice, so they earn no points. Expiry and redemption rules are given in writing when you join.
• Images and names: product images and icons are illustrative; brand names belong to their owners.

সামগ্রী স্টোর এক্সপ্রেস (কনফার্মের পর 60 মিনিট, বাইকে): হার্ডওয়্যার, তার, ফিটিংস, রং, টুলসের মতো ছোট জিনিস। বেশিরভাগ মাল কেনা হয় অর্ডার ধরে, টাউন হলের আশেপাশের অনুমোদিত ডিলার ও কোম্পানির আউটলেট থেকে; Profileo-র মাল আর কিছু দ্রুত-বিক্রির জিনিস আমাদের ডেস্ক থেকে; দুই দোকানের মাল হলে কনফার্মের সময়ই সময় বলে দিই (সর্বোচ্চ 90 মিনিট)। কমপক্ষে ৳500। ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ৳500–1,499: ৳99; ৳1,500–2,999: ৳69; ৳3,000–4,999: ৳39; ৳5,000 বা বেশি হলে ফ্রি।

এলাকা: শুরু মোহাম্মদপুর-এ, সামগ্রী স্টোর ডেস্ক মোহাম্মদপুর টাউন হলে; এলাকার তালিকা, সময় ও চার্জ দেখুন। ট্রাফিক, বৃষ্টি বা ছুটির দিনে দেরি হলে WhatsApp-এ জানিয়ে দেব। ভারী মাল নিচতলা/গেট পর্যন্ত পৌঁছানো হয়; ওপরে তোলার দরকার হলে আগে জানান।

SHAMOGRI.STORE Express (60 minutes after we confirm, by motorbike): small items such as hardware, cable, fittings, paint and tools. Most goods are bought per order from authorised dealers and company outlets around Town Hall; Profileo items and a few fast-moving items come from our desk; for items from two shops we tell you the time when we confirm (at most 90 minutes). Minimum ৳500. Delivery charge: ৳500–1,499: ৳99; ৳1,500–2,999: ৳69; ৳3,000–4,999: ৳39; free from ৳5,000.

SHAMOGRI.STORE Schedule (same-day slot, by pickup): cement, rod, tiles, boards, long pipes, tanks, sold and invoiced by the partner dealer. Sat–Wed: order by 2 pm for a same-day slot: 12 pm–4 pm or 4 pm–7:30 pm. Minimum ৳5,000. Handling charge: ৳5,000–9,999: ৳249; ৳10,000–29,999: ৳399; ৳30,000+: ৳599. Pickup fare at cost, quoted first (usually ৳1,200–2,500).

Hours: SHAMOGRI.STORE Express: Saturday–Thursday 11:00 am–7:30 pm (last order 7:00 pm), closed Friday. Mohammadpur's markets close on Thursday, so some items may go on Saturday; we tell you when we confirm. SHAMOGRI.STORE Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday; order by 2:00 pm for a same-day slot (12:00–4:00 pm or 4:00–7:30 pm); later orders go to the next Schedule day.

Areas: we start in Mohammadpur, with the SHAMOGRI.STORE Desk at Mohammadpur Town Hall; see the areas, hours and charges. If traffic, rain or a holiday causes a delay, we tell you on WhatsApp. Heavy goods are delivered to the ground floor/gate; tell us in advance if they must be carried up.
